Yen Ching offers a menu of 49 lunch items, none of which costs more than $7.25, and only a handful cost that much. Most are $6.75 or less. And that price buys you not only a main course but also a small bowl of soup or egg roll, fried rice, hot tea and a fortune cookie. It’s a whole meal, and it’s a good deal.
